Mining involves the exploitation of all types of mineral resources: solid (coal and ore), liquid (petroleum) and gaseous (natural gas). The exploitation of mineral resources is considered to be the execution of works on the opening, preparation and excavation of deposits, as well as the transport of mineral resources and the performance of other mining operations in the country and on its surface.
