The Tax Administration determines the basis for the flat tax based on the code of the predominant activity and other factors related to the location of the seat. So, the new activity code can very well affect the amount of the flat tax.

How many times can the activity code be changed?

The law does not specify or limit how many times the code of the predominant activity can be changed. The entrepreneur is obliged to register the changes in accordance with the law, as well as to notify the tax administration of all changes that affect taxation.
