It changes. The statute of a sports association must be changed every time there is a change in any important issue that is regulated by the statute.

What is submitted from the documentation when registering a change of seat?

When registering a change of seat, an application for registration, proof of payment of the fee, the decision of the competent authority on the change of seat as well as the minutes from the session of the competent authority at which the decision was made are submitted.

Can a sports association have more than one registered seat?

You can have several business premises, but only one can be registered as the headquarters from which you manage the association.

Can a place on the territory of a foreign country be registered as the seat of a sports association?

Can not. The Law on Sports stipulates that the seat of a sports association must be a place located on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Is there a deadline for registering a change of seat?

The deadline for registration of the change exists and is 15 days from the day of the change. This means that you must submit a registration application within this period.

What happens if that deadline is exceeded?

If you do not submit the registration application for a change of registered office within the set deadline of 15 days, then you pay an additional fee to the Register of Business Entities in the amount of RSD 6,000.00.
